PROJECT DETAILS

I attended a coronary artery bypass surgery (LIMA to LAD graft) in the operating room to observe and document the procedure firsthand. Based on intraoperative observation and discussion with the surgical team, I drafted a series of surgical illustrations capturing key stages of the operation, including internal mammary artery harvesting, preparation of the coronary artery, and anastomosis of the graft.

The illustrations were created to highlight essential anatomical landmarks and procedural steps, providing a clear, educational sequence for trainees. Accompanying the visuals, I also developed concise explanatory text to support learning and reinforce the surgical technique.
